Making sure your property address and map pinpoint are perfectly accurate is one of the best ways to ensure your guests arrive relaxed and ready for their stay. If your street details have changed, or if your map pin is sitting slightly down the road, it is incredibly easy to pop it exactly where it belongs!
How to quickly update your address:
1. Open your settings:
Simply open up your Property Menu and select 'Property & Business Info'. This will open up your Basic Property Info page.
2. Make your changes:
Under the 'Property Address' section, just type in your new or corrected address details.
3. Save it:
Click the 'Save' button so you don't lose your updates!
How to drop your map pin in the exact right spot:
Once your written address is perfect, just scroll a little further down that same page until you see the map.
- Simply type your address into the map's search bar and click 'Search'.
- The map will automatically update and drop a red pin right onto your location. Once it looks perfect, just click 'Save'!
A quick tip if your pin goes hiding:
If you've been scrolling around the map and can't seem to find that red pin anymore, simply click the 'Find Pin' button. The map will instantly jump right back to wherever the pin is hiding! (You can also hold down the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard and scroll with your mouse wheel to easily zoom in and out).
If you happen to be busy updating your gallery, you can actually adjust your map pinpoint right from your Image Uploader, too!
Just open up your 'Photos (Image Uploader)' by selecting 'Content' from your menu.
Select 'Images & Branding'.
Click over to the 'Location' tab, and use the exact same search and save steps mentioned above.
