Managing multiple properties on the go should be a breeze! Once you have successfully linked your different NightsBridge accounts, you can jump between them with a single tap. No extra logins required!
This is a fantastic way to check your bookings across multiple properties without missing a beat while you are away from your desk.
Step 1: Go to Switch Properties
- Once logged into your main Parent property, click on your Property Menu.
- From your menu options, select 'Switch Properties'
Step 2: Jump instantly between them
You will now see a list of your linked accounts. Whenever you want to access the NightsBridge system for your other property, simply click on its name from this menu and you will instantly switch over. When you are ready to go back, you can simply repeat this step to return to your main Parent property.
A quick tip on how your linked properties work:
Just remember that your properties are linked in a specific direction. You must always start by logging in to your main "Parent" property to unlock the ability to switch.
- When you are logged into your Parent property, you can easily switch to your linked "Child" property, and then switch right back again.
- However, if you log directly into the "Child" property first, you will not be able to switch over to the Parent.
- The golden rule: Always start your day by logging into your main Parent hub!
