Managing more than one property is a fantastic achievement, but constantly logging in and out of different accounts just to check your bookings can take up valuable time in your day.
You can easily link your accounts together. This ensures that your entire operation lives under one simple login.
A few quick tips before you start:
Choose your main "Parent" property:
When you link accounts, the property you are currently logged into becomes the main hub (the "Parent"), and the property you add becomes the linked account (the "Child"). We always recommend starting this process from the property you log into most often!
You must use your Admin login:
For security reasons, linking and switching between properties is a feature reserved strictly for the main admin login. If you are logged in using a created user profile (like a staff member), you will not be able to switch accounts—even if that user profile has been given full system rights.
Here is how to link your accounts:
Step 1: Go to Switch Properties
- Make sure you are logged in as the main admin on your chosen "Parent" property's NightsBridge HOME screen, and click on your Property Menu.
- From your menu options, simply select 'Switch Properties'.
Step 2: Link your other property
Click the 'Add Property' button.
A small window will pop up asking for two quick details:
- The BBID of the other property you want to link (your "Child" property).
- The admin password for that property (this is the main password the owner created when first signing up with NightsBridge).
Once you have typed those in, click 'Add Property', and your accounts will be officially linked!
