How to register with the Namibia Tourism Board

In Namibia, if you're operating a tourism-related business, you're generally required to register with the NTB. This applies to various tourism-related activities including accommodation providers and activity operators.

How to register

The registration process would involve:

  1. Visiting a Namibia Tourism Board office
    • You will be provided with a specific application form depending on your business type
    • or download an print the applicable application form from the Namibia Tourism Board website before you visit.
  2. Complete the registration form
    • the relevant supporting documents will need to be provided and attached
  3. Submit your form and make the registration payment
  4. An inspection appointment will be scheduled by an inspector

✅ You will be notified to collect your Certificate of Registration.
