Keeping track of your guest payments shouldn't feel like a guessing game. Whether you use NightsBridge Pay or another connected payment gateway, we have made it simple to see a clear list of all your processed credit card transactions. Here is a quick guide to finding and reading your transaction history so you can stay on top of your cash flow.
1. Getting to your Payments page
First things first, let's find your payment records. You can reach the Payments page in two easy ways:
- Click the 'Payments & Invoices' tile right on your NightsBridge Home screen.
- Alternatively, you can just select 'Payments' from your Main Menu.
2. Viewing your monthly transactions
When you open the Transactions page, it automatically does the work for you by defaulting to the current month's transactions. Need to look back at a past month's records? No problem:
- Click on the 'Select Month' drop-down menu to see your options.
- Click on the specific month you need.
The page will automatically update to show you all the transactions for that selected month.
3. Understanding what you see
Depending on the payment gateway used to process your payments, your transaction list might look slightly different, and that is completely normal!
- If you use NightsBridge Pay: You will see a detailed, full status display for your transactions.
- If you use an alternative payment gateway: The specific 'Status' column might not display information. But don't worry - you are not left in the dark! Simply look at the 'Success?' column instead, which will clearly display either 'Success' or 'Denied' so you always know if a payment went through.
