Within the Payment section on NightsBridge, you are able to see a list of credit card transactions processed by your connected payment gateway.
Go to 'Payments'
You can navigate to the 'Payments' page in two ways.
1. By clicking on 'View Payments & Invoices' on the NightsBridge Home
2. By click on 'Payments' on the Main Menu.
View a list of credit card transactions
A list of credit card transactions, group by month, is provided on the Transactions page.
Once opened, the Transactions page will default to the current month.
To view transactions for a different month,
- Click on the 'Select Month' drop-down to display additional months.
- Click on the required month.
Once you have clicked on the required month, the transaction list will automatically update to display all transactions for the selected month.

Please note that the 'Status' of transactions may not display for your property.
This depends on whether you use PayBridge, an alternative payment gateway or if you don't have a payment gateway connected to NightsBridge.
Should you be using an alternative payment gateway, the 'Status' cannot be provided, however, the 'Success?' column will display either 'Success', 'Approved or Completed Successfully', or 'Declined' message.
