The Property Content section allows you to manage your property descriptions and amenities. The information provided here should be of facilities and amenities that are available to all guests that stay at your property.
Property/Accommodation Description and Web Teaser
These free-type fields enable you to change and update the Property Description and Web Teaser when needed.
Each section provides an outline of recommended information to include.
AI Assist
There is an 'AI Assist' button found below the two text fields. When using this button, the AI service will provide a generated body of text, based on the text already written.
This feature is available for both the Property Description and Web Teaser.
How to use AI Assist
- Write a general description or check that the current description is a minimum of 100 characters - this is needed to activate AI Assist.
The 'AI Assist' button will display. - Click the 'AI Assist' button.
A draft description will be generated.
You then have the choice to:
- 'Replace' - this will replace the current description with the AI generated description. Once replaced, you are still able to manually edit the description.
- 'Cancel' - this will cancel the process. The AI generated description will not be saved.
Once the AI generated description is applied, the 'AI Assist' button will be disabled until a change is made to the available description.

Use the drop-down menu to select the star grading accordingly. This is available for setting both the TGCSA grading and your self-grade.
In-Room & On-Site Facilities
These free-type fields enable you to change the in-room and on-site facilities when needed.

Attractions & Area Information
These free-type fields enable you to update the attractions and area information.

Certain information is shared with local channels and agents. These local channels and agents use this information in different ways based on their own requirements.
The action buttons
- Property Overview - click to be directed to the Property Overview
- Cancel - to leave the page without saving any changes.
- Save - to save any changes made.
