How to view and download NightsBridge invoices and statements

NightsBridge invoices and statements are available for download directly on NightsBridge.
These invoices and statements are generated by NightsBridge for the service fees charged to you as the establishment.

Go to Accounts

On your Home, scroll down and click on 'Accounts' under the My Account section.

The Accounts section will open showing you the current balance, invoices and statement information.

Select the appropriate option below:

Downloading a NightsBridge invoice
  1. Click on the printer icon next to an invoice in the list
Click on the button with the printer icon next to the invoice you want to view

Your browser may prompt you to allow pop-ups as the invoice will open in a new tab.

Update your preferences to allow the download to proceed.

The selected invoice will open as a PDF document

The selected invoice will open as a PDF document

You can either print the invoice to file with your records, or save a digital copy on your computer.

Repeat the above steps to view copies of other invoices on your NightsBridge account.

Downloading a NightsBridge statement
  1. Click on the 'Download PDF' button to the right of the displayed account balance.
Click on the button with the printer icon next to the invoice you want to view

Your browser may prompt you to allow pop-ups as the invoice will open in a new tab.

Update your preferences to allow the download to proceed.

The statement will open as a PDF document

The selected invoice will open as a PDF document

Transaction types

These transactions types may appear on your statement:

Transaction type Transaction name Description of transaction
CRN Credit note
Issued to reverse or correct an amount on the account.
INV
Invoice
Your NightsBridge invoice sent to you
PMT
Payment
A payment made to the account
TRF
Transfer
A transfer of funds from/to the account. The comments section shows where the funds are from or are transferred to.
PMN
PayBridge payment
A PayBridge payment allocated to the account. It will reflect as a Service deduction.
