How do I Process a Refund with Iveri?

If you have linked to Iveri, a credit card payment gateway that NightsBridge links to, you are able to refund  guest's yourself from the Owner's Login on www.nightsbridge.co.za.

Log in to your Owner's Login on the NightsBridge website.

Go to www.nightsbridge.co.za and click on 'owner's login' to sign in with your BBID and password.

Select 'Card Reversal' under the 'Payments' tab.

Select 'Card Reversal' under the 'Payments' tab.

If you know the Payment ID of the booking that you want to process a reversal for, click on 'Card Reversal' under the 'Payments' tab.

If you do not know what the Payment ID of the bookings is, proceed to Step 5.

Enter in the Payment ID in the block provided.

Type in the Payment ID in the block provided and click on Search.

Type in the Refund amount and click on the Refund button.

Type in the Refund amount and click on the Refund button.

Type in the amount that you would like to refund the guest, in the block provided. Click on Refund.

If you do not know what the Payment ID is for the booking, click on Transactions under the Payments tab.

Look for the booking and the Payment ID for that booking will be in the first column.
