Add a direct booking link to your Facebook page

If you would like guests to book your property via your Facebook page you can add a link to your booking engine, from your Facebook 'Call-To-Action' button. This link will take guests from your Facebook page straight to your NightsBridge booking engine with one tap or click.

By adding this link you also will be able to identify Facebook as the source of those bookings.

This feature only works for Facebook Business Pages, not Facebook Groups or Personal Profiles.

This example shows a property's Call-to-Action button that links the "Contact us" button to their NightsBridge direct booking engine.

Login to your Facebook business profile

  • Log in to your Facebook Business profile page for your property.

Click on +Add a Button

  • You can find this below your cover photo to the right.
  • It may say Add a button, Contact us or Message.

Choose Contact us

  • The Edit Page Button menu will appear.
  • Choose Contact Us as this is the button you need to use to link the booking form.

1. Type in your direct booking link (url):

Important: You will type in the following link, replacing xxxxx with your property's unique five digit NightsBridge BBID (e.g. 12345):

https://book.nightsbridge.com/xxxxx?nbid=337

2. Save the changes.

Test if your Call-To-Action button is working correctly

  • Click on Edit Contact Us
  • Click on Test Button
  • A new tab in your web browser will open with the link to your booking form. You have now successfully linked your NightsBridge booking form to your property's Facebook page.

Track your Facebook bookings

Any booking made after someone has clicked on this link in your Facebook profile will show up as 'Facebook' as that booking's 'Source' in NightsBridge.

You'll also see Facebook recorded as the booking source in all the reports where that is listed.

You can see our tutorials on how to view your online booking totals, and about tracking booking sources in your reports.

Example:

Facebook will show as the source in the Booking Details panel in BridgeIT:

Happy Facebooking!
