If you would like guests to book your property via your Facebook page you can add a link to your booking engine, from your Facebook 'Call-To-Action' button. This link will take guests from your Facebook page straight to your NightsBridge booking engine with one tap or click.
By adding this link you also will be able to identify Facebook as the source of those bookings.
This feature only works for Facebook Business Pages, not Facebook Groups or Personal Profiles.
This example shows a Call-to-Action button that links the "Contact us" or "Learn more" button to your NightsBridge direct booking engine.
Login to your Facebook business profile
- Log in to your Facebook Business profile page for your property.
Edit the Action Button
- Click the 3 dots "..." below cover photo,
- then click on Edit Action Button.
Choose either "Contact us" or "Learn more"
- Choose Contact Us or Learn more as these buttons allow to add website links.
- Click Next.
For Contact us option, choose to Add website link, then click Next.
Add your NightsBridge booking engine link
- Type, or paste in your direct booking link (url):
Use the following link, replacing xxxxx with your property's unique five digit NightsBridge BBID (e.g. 12345): https://book.nightsbridge.com/xxxxx?nbid=337 - Save.
Test if your button is working correctly
Open and view your Facebook page as a guest would, to test the link.
A new tab in your web browser will open with the link to your booking form. You have now successfully linked your NightsBridge booking form to your property's Facebook page.
Track your Facebook bookings
Any booking made after someone has clicked on this link in your Facebook profile will show up as "Facebook" as the "Source" in NightsBridge.
You'll also see Facebook recorded as the booking source in all the reports where that is listed.
