This tutorial will explain how to book an activity on Concierge.
You can earn 10% commission on activity bookings made through Concierge, which will be paid over to you by Rooms for Africa.
You can also book accommodation with other NightsBridge establishments as well as car hire on behalf of guests through Concierge and will earn commission on these bookings too.
Log in to Concierge
To make an activity booking:
Click "Activities" on the menu
Search for activities in the area using the Activity List
Bookable activities in the area in which your property is located will display in the list, along with information about each activity.
Alternatively, click on Activity Map and use it to search for activities in the area
The Activity Map will show the location of various activities in the area.
You can zoom in and out of the map by using the + and - buttons on the right-hand side.
Clicking on the name of any activity on the right-hand side will highlight the pin locating that specific activity on the map.
Choose an activity to book on behalf of your guest(s)
Click on "Book"
Select an available date for which you want to book the activity from the calendar
Select an available time slot for which you want to book the activity and click on Book
Select the number of people for which you want to book the activity from the drop-down menus
Click on Book this rate
You will see the separate rate charged per person, as well as a Grand Total.
Review the booking to ensure that all information is correct
Ensure that the guest for whom you are making the booking reads through and understands the activity provider's Terms & Conditions and Payment & Cancellation policy
Click on Continue
Enter the personal details of the guest for whom you are making the booking
Enter the credit card details of the guest for whom you are making the booking
Click on Continue
