This tutorial will explain how to book accommodation on Concierge.
You can earn 10% commission on accommodation bookings made through Concierge.
You can also book activities as well as car hire on behalf of guests through Concierge and will earn commission on these bookings too.
Log in to Concierge

To make an accommodation booking:
Click "Accommodation" on the menu
Search by location or by establishment name
Type into the relevant search fields to search for available accommodation in a specific location or even search for individual establishments by name.
Select the specific location or individual establishment from the drop-down menus
A list of specific locations or individual establishments with matching names will appear in the drop-down menus below the search fields.
Click on the name of the specific location or individual establishment to select it from the list of search results.
Select arrival date from the drop-down calendar
Select departure date from the drop-down calendar
Number of nights will be calculated automatically
Select number of guests from the drop-down menu
Select number of rooms from the drop-down menu
Click on Search
All available accommodation in the selected area for the selected date range will be displayed
Hover your mouse over any rate for more information about that specific room type and rate
Click on View Details for more information about the property
Choose a property and available room type(s) to book
Click on Book
The NightsBridge booking form for the property will open as a new tab in your web browser
Arrival and departure dates as well as number of nights will automatically appear and do not need to be re-entered
Select the number of rooms of the specific room type(s) which you want to book from the drop-down menu
Select the number of guests to be accommodated in each room from the drop-down menu
Select the applicable meal plan and rate from the drop-down menu
If you want to book any optional extras which may be available, select the quantity of the specific extra(s) to be booked from the drop-down menu(s)
Enter the personal details of the guest for whom you are making the booking
Enter the credit card details of the guest for whom you are making the booking
Ensure that the guest for whom you are making the booking reads through and understands the property's Terms & Conditions
Tick the checkbox to confirm that the guest for whom you are making the booking has read and accepted the property's Terms & Conditions
Click on Finalise Booking
