This tutorial will show you how to resend yourself a copy of the confirmation email generated by NightsBridge for an online booking.
Please note: The confirmation mail will not be resent to the guest.
Go to Quick View
Please look at our tutorial on how to access Quick View if you need more information on how to do that.
Go to the Booking and Payment status of the booking.
- Find the booking, under Recent Bookings, you want to resend the confirmation email to yourself for.
- Click on the Booking and Payment Status button.
Click Resend Confirmation Email
This will resend a copy of the confirmation email for this online booking to your email address.
Check your inbox for the booking confirmation email
Occasionally an establishment or guest might not receive their email notification for an online booking. This can occur due to spam/email filtering from their email service provider.
If you cannot find the booking confirmation email in your inbox, then be sure to check your Spam and/or Junk mail folders to make sure the emails are not filtering - if they are, you need to contact your email service provider to resolve this directly with them.
