NightsBridge can automatically send an automated registration link via email to your guests. This link will let guests provide their information before arrival. The automated email is sent one day before arrival, at 17:00.

Select 'Notifications & Alerts'
- Click on your Property Menu
- Select 'Notifications & Alerts'

Update the Scheduled Emails
- Click the toggle to change it to 'Yes' at the 'Check-In Registration Email?' setting
- Click Save.
The Automated Payment link emails will only apply to NightsBridge Pay and Alternative Payment Gateways that can use the credit card link on NightsBridge.
The guest will receive an email with the online registration link
- The automated email will be sent to the email address in the guests details.
- The guest can complete the registration form.
An automated email will not be sent for same day bookings. Please send registration emails for same day bookings manually.
