The STO Rates need to be created on the NightsBridge Setup before they can be connected to a channel.
Please look at our articles on how to create a STO rate sheet if you need more information on how to do this.
STO Rate Sheets are typically only meant for Tour Operators. If you use a a STO Rate Sheet for other channels who charge commission, you will be charged commission on your lower STO rate. In some instances, linking STO rates to other channels will lead to a rate parity issue with the extranets.
Sign in to NightsBridge

Go to Web Rates
- From Home, click on Channel Management under Integrations.
Select the STO Rate Sheet you want to link to the channel
- Find the channel you want to link.
- Choose the STO Rate Sheet you created for the channel from the drop down.
- Save.
