We know that keeping your financial records in perfect order is a crucial part of running a smart business. When it is time for your accountant or bookkeeper to work their magic, you want to make sure they have the exact access they need to NightsBridge, while keeping your own admin login details completely private and secure.
Here is how to easily create a dedicated profile just for them:

Do not provide anyone with your admin login details.
Step 1: Open your security settings
- Simply click on your Property Menu and
- select 'Users & Security'.
This will open up your 'Manage Users' page.
Step 2: Check your User Groups
Before you add your accountant, make sure you have a specific User Group set up for them to be assigned to.
- If you don't have one yet, you can easily create one using our quick guide on How to add a User Group.
Step 3: Add your accountant's details
Go back to Manage Users and click the 'Add User' button.
Pop in your accountants information.
- Make sure the password is unique - each user must have a different password.
- The password should be 10 characters or shorter.
Add their email and cellphone number, and select the user group using the drop-down.
To make sure they can log in smoothly and receive their security pins (OTPs) without any frustrating delays, it is always best to link unique contact details to each person's profile.
- For the smoothest setup, their own email or cell number works perfectly!
One important thing to keep in mind:
For security reasons, the system needs every email address to be completely unique. If an email address is already linked to someone else on your team, it is much better to just leave that field blank rather than reusing it!
Click 'Save' and they will neatly appear on your User List.
Step 4: Do a quick test
To make sure everything works perfectly, you can do a quick test login using your NightsBridge Property ID and their newly created password.
