Property Overview: Summary

Before a guest books a stay, they want to know exactly what to expect from their experience. Your Property Overview is a handy tool that lets you preview all your property information in one place, showing you exactly what potential guests will see on your Booking Form. Keeping these details fresh and up to date is the best way to make a great first impression and secure those bookings!

How to find your Property Overview:

When you log into NightsBridge, simply click on the 'Property Overview' tile right on your HOME screen.

Where do all these details come from?

If you spot something on your Overview that needs updating, you might wonder where to go to change it. Simply click on the edit button - the pencil - at each section to update the information.

Your Overview automatically pulls together information from a few different background settings:

Your Description & Amenities:

Your main accommodation description, corporate policies, and list of amenities are pulled straight from the 'Property Content' section in your Setup.

Contact & Location Details:

Your address, map location, and the details of who receives your booking notifications come from your 'Basic Setup' and 'Location' settings.

Your Rules & Policies:

Everything regarding how your guests pay, your deposits, cancellations, child rules, and general Terms & Conditions is neatly gathered from your 'Deposit & Booking Policy', 'Setup Rates', and 'Set Child Policy' settings.

Just remember, if you have special STO cancellation rules, those live under your STO Rate Sheets!.

Your Photos:

You can get a quick look at your property images here too. Just click the 'Show More' button to expand the section and see the full gallery of pictures you've added via the Image Uploader.

See it through your guests' eyes
