Our online chat feature is a great way to quickly get in touch with a member of the NightsBridge support team. You can also find answers to your questions in the form of tutorials and FAQs via the chatbox.
Click on the blue chat icon in the bottom-left hand corner of your browser window
The chatbox panel will pop up in your screen.
Click on the blue 'Send us a message' button
You'll see the bottom section of the panel will change - the links to tutorials and FAQs will vanish.
Type your message at the bottom of the chat box and click the send icon to send your message
One of our support team will see your message and repsond as soon as they can. Usually within a few minutes.
To close the online chat, click the blue arrow
The online chat panel will disappear from view.
