SpaceBiz: How it works

SpaceBiz is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) system that helps you manage stock, menu, inventory items and other non-accommodation related services that you sell. Our cloud-based version of NightsBridge is integrated with SpaceBiz.

Guest billing	Purchases made from your property's restaurant are added directly to a guest's room bill. These purchases can then be settled on departure via a check-out link, so that you can have one statement for the guest's entire stay.
Costs	NightsBridge does not charge you for the integration with SpaceBiz. Properties that choose to connect to and use the SpaceBiz POS system will have an account with SpaceBiz which they will settle directly with them. Please contact SpaceBiz for details relating to their costs.
How to sign up	Open your Links>Links Manager. Find SpaceBiz Point of Sale (POS). Tick I agree to all conditions and payment policy and request my link to request the link. NightsBridge will let SpaceBiz know about your request to link with them. SpaceBiz will be in touch with you to set up your account.
