What is GuestRevu and how does it work?

GuestRevu helps our clients manage their reviews and online reputation. Their services include guest services, pulling guest reviews from multiple sites into one dashboard, competitor data, and other insights. 

We have partnered with GuestRevu to offer NightsBridge clients a special edition of GuestRevu called the NightsBridge Edition.

NightsBridge does not charge our clients a fee for this integration.

How does the NightsBridge Edition of GuestRevu work?

  • Once the connection between GuestRevu and your BBID is complete, GuestRevu receives your booking and guest data and automates collecting and analysing your guest feedback.
  • The NightsBridge Edition lets you send a standard survey to your guest after they've checked out, so you can better understand their experiences and expectations through their eyes.
  • GuestRevu offers you a dashboard (which you can access on any device) to see and respond to reviews on your top 3 review sites.
  • You can also track your top 3 competitors' online reputations.
  • Different reports and trends help you analyse your guest data over the past 12 months.
  • Yes, you can link multiple properties under one user login in GuestRevu if you manage several properties.
  • If you link multiple properties you will have a group dashboard showing all the properties' data as well as individual dashboards per property.
