View Specials is a way for your guests to see current and future specials on your Booking Form. Adding an image to your Specials & Packages helps to sell these offers by giving the guest a picture of what their experience might be like.
Open the Image Uploader
Please look at our tutorial on How to access the Image Uploader if you need more information on how to do that.
Click on "Additional Photos".
You will be taken to the section of the gallery that is for any potential images that can be used for future use e.g Specials & Packages.
In order to be able to select a photo for your Special & Packages an image will need to be uploaded.
Click on "Add New Image".
You will be taken to the upload screen.
Upload photo and add image name
Click on Upload a Photo and browse to find the photo that you want to add. Click open.
Add an image name.
- You will now be able to give the image a name.
- Save.
Add a generic name to the photo, as the photo can be used for other specials that are created.
Confirm the image has been added and correctly named.
If you have more specials that need images keep adding photos in your gallery.
Once you have loaded the photo you can exit the Image Uploader by closing the tab.
Go back to the main Setup and click on Specials & Packages.
In order for the photo to show on the special on your booking form, you need to assign it to the specific package.
Select the package you want to add the photo to or add a new package.

Click on Add photo.
Select image that was uploaded
Click on Save and Publish
Once the image has been selected and is visible on the package, click on Save.
Exit back to the main menu and click on Publish.
Exit the screen until you come back to the main setup page and click on publish.
Check your NightsBridge booking form under "View Specials".
All your current and future Specials and Packages will show in the "View Rates" section of your booking form.
