How to resend the booking confirmation email for an online booking

This tutorial will show you how to resend yourself the confirmation email for an online booking on NightsBridge.

Go to Quick View

  • Select 'Quick View' on Home

Go to the Booking and Payment status of the booking.

Within the 'Recent Bookings' tab:

  • select the booking by clicking on the the 'View Booking and Payment Status' button.
Click on the booking

Click 'Resend Confirmation Email'

  • Click on the 'Resend Confirmation Email' button.
    Your options will display.
  1. Select the recipient(s)
    You can chose to send the confirmation to the guest, the property (yourself), or both.
  2. Click on 'Send'.

A confirmation message will display to the bottom right of you screen.

Check your inbox for the booking confirmation email

Occasionally an establishment or guest might not receive their email notification for an online booking. This can occur due to spam/email filtering from their email service provider.

If you cannot find the booking confirmation email in your inbox, then be sure to check your Spam and/or Junk mail folders to make sure the emails are not filtering - if they are, you need to contact your email service provider to resolve this directly with them.
