The finance "Lulalend" app won't be visible to everyone. If it's not visible, you may not be eligible for Bridging Finance from Lulalend.
Lulalend creates tailored offers based off of your transactions history through PayBridge.
If you're not seeing the "Lulalend" application on your NightsBridge.
There are a couple reasons why this might be the case, listed below are the basic requirements.
Your property needs to be on PayBridge.
You need to be using NightsBridge's credit card payment system - PayBridge - in order to be eligible for finance.
You need to be logged in as ADMIN.
You'll have to login with your NightsBridge-supplied admin password, otherwise you won't have access to the Lulalend app. If you don't have this password anymore, please contact NightsBridge.
Your ADMIN password is the "six letters" NightsBridge gave you when you first signed up.
The property location needs to be in South Africa.
NightsBridge and Lulalend cannot offer financing to properties outside of South Africa.
If Lulalend declined your application for a cash advance.
If Lulalend cannot offer a cash advance:
You will receive an email stating that Lulalend won't be able to offer a cash advance at this time and explain that you need to process more transactions to qualify.
Lulalend has requires that you have a full payment history of at least 6 months of transactions. You could try boost the amount of transactions you're putting through PayBridge to improve your chances.
You could do this by taking more bookings and making sure that you're processing both deposits and check-outs through PayBridge.
If you're on PayBridge Lite, you could opt to upgrade to Full PayBridge to encourage more transactions.
You need to have processed transactions through PayBridge.
While you should still be able to request for an offer, Lulalend has certain thresholds on whether or not they can provide you with a finance offer.
You need to have processed a certain amount of transactions through PayBridge during a set amount of time in order to qualify for finance. Unfortunately, NightsBridge does not know what these specific thresholds are an they may be subject to change over time.
