TravelGround/LekkeSlaap: Booking enquiries

Workflows are not supported in your browser.
Please use a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari to display this page.

TravelGround offers Quote and Auto-Quoted enquiries which are made via NightsBridge as provisional bookings. You do not need to manually capture these enquiries. There is a validity period for guests to confirm and pay TravelGround for the booking.

Auto-quote enquiries can not be turned off.

Is NightsBridge your PMS (Property Management System)?

Bookings will only be blocked on your NightsBridge calendar once a guest has either:

1. Provisionally confirmed (in the case of enquiries which have been quoted or auto-quoted enquiries)
OR
2. Paid for the booking (in the case of instant bookings)

When the guest makes an enquiry, TravelGround will make a provisional booking with you via NightsBridge

  • TravelGround will make the booking via NightsBridge and the booking will be added to your calendar.
  • Your NightsBridge booking notes will include a link to the current booking information on TravelGround.
  • You will receive a notification from TravelGround to let you know that a provisional booking has been made.
  • Update the status of the booking as "Provisional" in NightsBridge.
  • The notification includes the time period the guest has to confirm and pay for the booking to prevent it from being cancelled. This validity is based on the period you set in your TravelGround settings. TravelGround will apply their default validity of 3 days if you have not yet specified a time period.

The guest will either confirm and pay within the specified time period or not

  • If the guest confirms and pays within the time period set on the enquiry, TravelGround will update NightsBridge which in turn marks the booking as confirmed in your BridgeIT calendar and adds the guests contact details as voucher details to the notes in the booking. Note, a voucher is not issued to you but rather used confirm the booking in BridgeIT and to add the guest's details to the booking notes.
  • Please change client details on the booking from TravelGround's details to the guest's name, phone and email address.
  • TravelGround will also notify you via email that the booking is confirmed following their usual steps.
  • If the guest does not confirm and pay within the time period set on the enquiry, TravelGround will cancel the booking via NightsBridge. You will receive a cancellation email.
