When a lead has been assigned to you it'll display in this list. It's up to you to contact the lead as soon as possible. No lead should be left for more than 24 hours in this list. Below are a series of checks and questions to ask during your first call to get a better understanding of the clients expecations and goals.
How do I get my card to the next list?
When contacting your lead for the first time you'll need to add the date and time under the "First Contact" custom field. This will automatically move your card to the "First Contact" list.
