Assigning Leads & Checks

The purpose of this is to understand what to check before creating a new account.

Open survey you want to assign and check if it might already be in Touch

  • If it is, check the history and if one of the sales consultants  have worked on it recently.  If so, set a follow-up for this  consultant.
  • If not, create property in Touch and choose a consultant to assign the property to.

Add the contents of the survey to Touch

Copy the contents of the lead on the Sales Trello to Touch.

Add Sales Consultant's name to Touch Notes

Add the name of the consultant you assigned the lead to, to Touch Notes - above other notes if there are any.
