How do I change the 'guest' details of a booking to an existing client?

Open the booking

Click on the change or add new client button

Search for a different client

To search for a specific client who has already been entered, start typing either the first name, surname or company name of that specific client into the relevant field.

Select the specific client

A list of existing clients with matching first names, surnames and/or company names will appear in the box below the search fields.

click on the name of the specific client to select them from the list of search results.

The 'guest' details of the booking will be updated accordingly

Once you have selected the guest name from the list it will automatically be updated. Once the details has changed all you will need to do is click on save.
