How to change the Arrival and Departure dates in a booking

This tutorial will show you how to make a booking longer or shorter or change it to completely different dates.

Open the NightsBridge calendar (PCBridge)

Open the booking

Double-click on the specific booking to open the Booking Details window.

Select the new arrival and/or departure date(s) of the booking from the drop-down calendar(s)

If the arrival date needs to change, click on the calendar next to the Arriving date.

Then click on the new date when the guest will be arriving on the calendar.

If the departure date needs to change, click on the drop-down arrow next to the Leaving date.

Then click on the new date when the guest will be leaving on the calendar.

Click on Save Changes

Click on Yes

Check rates are correct for the new booking period and make changes if necessary

Rates charged per night appear under each date. You can amend the rates by clicking on any rate and typing in a new one and click on save.

Booking dates and rates have been updated accordingly

Click on Save

Click on Exit

Click on Synchronise

Click on Start Synchronisation

Click on Exit

If the pop-up window states that synchronisation is successful, this  means that the changes to the arrival and/or departure date(s) of the  booking have been sent up to NightsBridge and the property's  availability has been successfully updated on the NightsBridge server.
