How to connect to partner websites and monitor the status of connections using the Links Manager

You request connections with partner websites and monitor the status of those connections in your Owner's Login Links Manager.

Access your Owner's Login

Please look at our articles on how to access Owner's Login if you need information on how to do that.

  • Go to Links on the menu.
  • Choose Links Manager from the drop-down menu.
  • The Links Manager will open.
  • The channels are grouped by type e.g International Booking Sites, Local Sites.

Request a connection to a particular channel

  • Find the channel you want to connect to.
  • Choose Click to see Conditions and Payment policy.  In this example, we want to link with AfriStay.
  1. Read through the policy and make sure you are happy to continue.
  2. Tick the box I agree to all conditions and payment policy and request my link.

Click to Confirm your selection.

Your request will be sent to the channel. Please look at our articles on specific channels to see how the activation process works.

Links that are active have a green tick next to them and the comment YOUR LINK IS ACTIVE WITH THIS SITE. In this example, Booking.com is linked to the property.

Links which have been requested but which are not yet activated will have a comment YOUR REQUEST IS BEING PROCESSED next to them. In this example, the property has requested a link to BookNow.co.za but the connection has not been activated yet. 

Please follow up with a channel if you have requested a link but you have not heard back from them. The activation may take up to a week to for the partner site to process.
