How do I respond to a guest's review on NightsBridge for a Booking.com bookings?

In this tutorial, we will explain how to respond to a review from a guest who has made a booking on Booking.com from your NightsBridge Owner's Login (WebView), by clicking on Extranet Feature under the bookings menu.

Log into the NightsBridge Owner's Login (WebView)

Click on Extranet Features under the Bookings menu

Click on the Booking.com button

You will now need to click on the Guest Review Button

When you click on the guest review button, it will open all your reviews on Booking.com.

Read and reply to your reviews

Your response to the guest's request on the booking will be submitted to Booking.com

Please note:

NightsBridge keeps past requests from guests which have already been responded to in the Owner's Login (WebView), but they are greyed out and it is indicated that responses have already been sent for the requests.
