How do I Add a User Login?

This tutorial will show you how to add user logins.

This would be used if you want your staff to have their individual logins with various levels of access (security clearances). You are also able to track each user's activities using the security audit.

Go to Owner's Login on www.nightsbridge.com.

Log in with BBID and Password.

Click on 'Manage Groups' under the Settings tab.

This is where you can create the type of users (Eg. Management, Reservations, etc). If you don't have different types of users, you can skip this step and continue to Manage Users (step 6).

  1. Enter in the User Group Name.
  2. Tick security clearance features for this user group for the booking calendar.
  3. Tick whether this user group can edit the calendar on Web View.
  4. Click on Save.

Click on Manage Users under the Settings tab.

Create the User Name and Password.

  3. Select User Group.
  4. Click on Save.

Go to the BridgeIT login page and enter the login details

When loggin in, please use the BBID and the unique password to log on to BridgeIT as a user.
